Ocean Cookies--One Batch of Cookies, Two Parties

I had the pleasure this past weekend of making cookies for not one, but two friends who throw absolutely amazing parties. Mindy of Mimi Marie Designs threw a mermaid party for her daughter, and Marnie of Phoenicianista threw an Atlantis themed party. One big batch of No Fail Sugar Cookies later, I had the perfect cookies for both parties.
