I absolutely love Watermelon Granita [1].  There is nothing more refreshing on a summer day than this frozen treat made with real fruit.

But if you want to kick it up a notch, it's easy to turn this light dessert into an amazing alcoholic slushie of sorts.

Just spoon the watermelon lemonade granita into a glass, and pour limoncello over the top.

I always keep my limoncello in the freezer, so it's always icy cold and absolutely perfect to combine with the granita.

Serve with a spoon or a straw, sit back, and enjoy the summer night.  Ahhhh.
