Think Twix bars. But homemade, and with the perfect kiss of salt to balance the buttery-sweet goodness of the shortbread and caramel. It's the perfect recipe for Valentine's day. A little labor intensive (these would be so much easier as a bar), but isn't your honey worth it? Here's the recipe.
